Heredad del Espíritu Santo:
Description: 7 Kms. away Ronda and in a area of 50.000 m2
surrounded by a variety of grove, is located this centenary house of 400 m2
perfectly preserved that belonged to the Marquises of Santa Pola. It has 2
floors. In the ground floor it has 3 bedrooms with 2 beds and wardrobe each one,
1 cradle, wide hall with table games, 2 baths, equipped kitchen (fridge, washer,
microwave, oven, gas burner, etc.) by you can access directly to the swimming
pool. In the high floor there are 3 bedrooms with 2 beds and wardrobe each one,
living room with fireplace and satellite TV. ,2 baths and very sunny terrace
with marvellous views. All the bedrooms have electrical radiators.
It has swimming
pool of 5 x 10 m. with depurating system, zone of lawn, terrace, sun beds,
barbecue and night lighting. In one of the wings of the house it is possible to
admire a beautiful chapel of 1.894.
Capacity: 12 persons ( + 4 spare beds).
Observations: pets are allowed. We will open single to the necessary dormitories according the contracted seats.
