Description: Situated 4 Kms. away Ronda next to the A-367 road in
the rural zone of Laguna de Espejo. House of field and modern construction with
central heating and the most ample exterior spaces. It has has wide living -
dining room with two levels. In the living room we find 2 big sofas and an
armchair, fireplace and television. Raising 2 steps we find the dining room with
two accesses, to the kitchen and to the porch that leads to the swimming pool.
The kitchen is totally equipped (electric cooker, oven, coffee pot, toaster,
washing machine with a great freezer and access to another porch that leads also
to the swimming pool. There is 4 double bedrooms (2 with double beds and two
with 2 beds - nests, cupboards) and 2 bathrooms. Outskirts we can find the great
swimming pool with filter system and night lighting in the shape of 'L' of 11 X
6 m., Barbecue, tennis court and play zone with slides, all this in 5.000 m of
area with fruit-bearing trees kakis, plums, pears, peach, apple tree, … and
garden).
Capacity: 8 people.
Observation: Pets are allowed outskirts in a little house.
