• Villa La Canaleja:

            Description: Placed in the Rural Zone of La Canaleja, 20 km away Ronda and 2,5 km away Cañete La Real, it is a very comfortable Andalusian rural house where the details are perfect. It is distributed in two floors. In the ground floor you find a lounge living-room with a beautiful roof of wood, TV., DVD, Hi-fi, fireplace and conditioning air cool-heat. The kitchen is equipped with electric cooker, microwave, oven, refrigerator, coffee pot, toaster, squeezer, ketlar, etc. Next to the main living-room you find an independent dining room, one second living-room for reading with fireplace, 1 bathroom with tub and an old kitchen without use. In the high floor there is 1 double bedroom and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, all of them with wardrobe and conditioning air cool-heat, and 1 bathroom with tub. There is washing machine, swimming pool with filter system of 6 x 12 m2. totally independent with access fence, extensive lawn, furniture of garden (hammocks of teak), barbecue, table of Ping-Pong, gardens with great variety of plants, parking, easy access to the house and such fruit-bearing trees as olive trees, quinces, orange trees, lemons etc., all this in a plot of 4.500 m2. with wonderful views to the mountains.

           Capacity:  6 people ( + 1 free spare bed).

           Observations: pets are not allowed. Free fuel wood and welcome gift.

          Details of situation: access by a good road, usually from the A-367 (that it joins Ronda with Campillos), and taking the crossing towards Cañete La Real, to 4 km from advance one finds the house, in a soft hillside that allows to spy the incredible landscape that the time has moulded in the limy rock of our saws. One hour by car you find the airport of Malaga and shortly to less than 40 minutes the Station of the AVE (HIGH SPEED TRAIN) of Antequera that will join Madrid and Malaga.
